Estimates Are Not Final Until We See the Furnace
Any price range discussed on the phone or on this site is an estimate based on the symptoms described. Your final price is the written quote your technician gives you on site, before any work starts. No work begins without your approval.
Scheduling
We confirm an arrival window when you book. If something slips, we call you. If you need to reschedule, call (931) 800-6452 as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete and tested, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will tell you the accepted payment methods when you book.
Safety
We may decline or stop work we consider unsafe, including suspected gas leaks or carbon monoxide hazards, until the situation is made safe. If you smell gas, leave the home and call your gas utility or 911 first.
